Kaszewska – Galin Danuta

Danuta Kaszewska Galin (* December 26, 1949 Warsaw-) composer and teacher. She studied composition at the State Higher School of Music in Łódź in the class of Tomasz Kiesewetter (1971-75). In 1986 she was awarded the Medal of Merit Cultural Activist. Her works are dominated by piano and chamber compositions. In terms of form, it uses traditional solutions. He treats the melody as the most important means of expression.
