Jeske-Choińska Mikorska Ludmiła

Ludmiła Jeske Choińska (Mikorska ) (* 1849 Michałów- † 2. November 1898 Warsaw) singer and composer. She was the wife of the famous writer Teodor Jeske Choiński. She studied singing in Vienna, Milan, Paris and Frankfurt.

She performed as a solo singer and with her sister. Among its Polish masters were Gustaw Rogulski and Zygmunt Noskowski. The artist’s oeuvre includes piano and vocal pieces, an orchestral ballad (awarded in Chicago) and comic operas “Filutka”, “Good girl”, “Marquis de Crequi”. She is also the author of the novel “Muzykanci”.
