Sikora Elżbieta (* October 20, 1943 Lwów-) is one of the most recognized Polish composers, active in Poland and France, where she currently lives. She is a laureate of many awards for her works, and for lifetime achievements she received prestigious decorations, including the highest French decoration Chevalier de l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres awarded by the Minister of Culture of France (2004)
