Namysłowska Maria

Maria Namysłowska (* 24 September 1912- †?) Composer. She was active in the second half of the 1930s as a composer of light music. Its works were performed by the Small Orchestra of Polish Radio conducted by Zdzisław Górzyński and the choir “Radio Four”. She composed songs for Mieczysław Fogg and Albert Harris. She continued her composing activity after World War II. Around 1968, she left for Great Britain; she also died there. Her husband was the musician Kazimierz Turewicz.
