Kiernicka Anna (*? – †?) A sister from the congregation of Bernardine sisters, who is credited with the authorship of the music for the Christmas carol “Triumph – King of Heaven”, which she wrote down in a collection of religious songs from 1794. The text of the carol was published by Fr. Michał Marcin Mioduszewski in the “Church Songbook” in 1835, while the melody is recorded in the “Songbook containing church songs” by Rev. Jan Siedlecki, published in Krakow in 1879. She is also the author of the canonical containing songs for 3 or 4 female voices. However, it is not confirmed whether they are her own works or written for the needs of the order.
