Kędziora Monika

Monika Kędziora (*25. July  1971 Ostrów Wielkopolski -) composer, teacher, concert organizer and speaker. She mainly composes for a chamber ensemble – instrumental and vocal-instrumental. Two sources dominate her inspiration – literary texts, mainly in works for solo voices, and natural phenomena and processes, such as the elements. The artist often uses extended performance techniques, paying particular attention to the timbre of the sound, which becomes a key element of her composition. Her works have been presented at many festivals in Poland and abroad. Artistic and organizational activities brought Monika Kędziora a number of awards.
