Jackowska Zuzanna

Zuzanna Jackowska (Suzanne d’Astoria) (*?-†?) Polish singer, composer, translator of Edgar Poe’s poetry, active in the first half of the 20th century. Together with her mother, Marie d’Olivera d’Astoria, the Red Cross activist settled in America. The artist’s preserved compositions are Reverie au Clair de Lune, Lord of Lights., Poems – musical arrangements inspired from the Sonata op.27 no.2 by L. van Beethoven. Works published by the author in the United States.
