Broniec Ewelina

Ewelina Broniec (2nd half of the 19th century)

Ewelina Broniec is the author of two piano pieces known from publications. One of them is Lublinianka-Polka in the key of B flat major, published in 1886 by the editors of the magazine “Echo Muzyczne, Teatralne i Artystyczne”, as a sheet music supplement to the number 169 (including works by F. Liszt and Z. Noskowski). The second work is the Waltz Nightingale, in the key of A flat major, probably composed around 1890 and dedicated to “The Great Leopold Lewandowski”, as evidenced by the date on the surviving copy (Warsaw, 1891).
